Something between a therapist & a friend.

Prior to the development of my eating disorder in college, I had been struggling with my relationship with food & my body for a while. I knew I needed help but didn’t know where to turn.

The same thought kept running through my mind: “I wish I had someone I could talk to.” I wasn’t sure my friends would understand, and I was nervous about seeing a therapist.

I wanted someone who could truly understand what I was going through & also show up with warmth, honesty, and compassion. I imagined someone who was something between a therapist and a friend. This mentorship space is the space I needed back then, and it’s the one I offer to you now.

Honest Conversation,
Real Impact.

“You don’t have to be sick to get better.”

-Trevor Moawad

That belief sits at the core of my work. I’m deeply passionate about supporting young women who are already struggling with their relationship with food & body—before it escalates or turns into an eating disorder.

I wholeheartedly believe my own eating disorder could have been prevented if someone had taught me how to think about food and my body in a healthier, more compassionate way.

This mentorship exists to be that support. To offer education, conversation, and guidance early—when change is not only possible, but often gentler and more sustainable.

Prevention is powerful. And support doesn’t have to wait for rock bottom.
